Are you Insured?
Yes. TRS are fully covered for public & employers liability.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. All our work is guaranteed. The guarantee length is dependent on the type of work being undertaken & the materials being used.
Do you do emergency call outs?
Yes. Please call us and we will endeavour to be with you as soon as possible.
How soon will I get my quote?
Once we have carried out a survey of the property and assessed the work that needs to be undertaken we will send you a detailed quote as soon as possible, Usually with 2/3 days.
What if the weather is bad on the date of my works?
The safety of our staff and of your property is extremely important to us and therefore we would postpone any work to a more suitable date as close as possible.
Do I need to take time off work?
For your initial survey it may be necessary for us to have access to the inside of your property e.g. to look at leak areas. However any external works where access is not required would not need you to be present.
How long will the work take?
This is dependant on the type of work being carried out, repairs are usually completed within the day and renewals can be a number of days. We can provide you with an accurate timescale once the survey has been undertaken.
Do you carry out insurance work?
Yes.
